Although Pure Poison is not one of those absolute icons of the Christian Dior Brand, It does reflect quite appropriately the transitional elements of the brand. In this instance it may even reflect the vision of its owner more than any of the other perfumes.

The Packaging

The packaging is not remarkable but it is the color of the bottle and the perfume itself that brings it all together. It is like a pearl with hints of light blue strands. The final finish is slightly shiny with a few speckles coming up when you put it to light. This is an interesting bottle and I do like the design.

General Customer Feedback

I am not sure whether it is the most popular line in the Christine Dior line but it certainly has its fans. The general feedback is that it never disappoints and it is a perfume that you can wear over and over again without ever getting nervous. In fact the best description I saw was that of a woman who declared that no occasion was too great for Pure Poison. I wonder whether she was being ironic. I heartily recommend this perfume to people of sophistication.
